J and I had such an AMAZING Thanksgiving break. We spent a lot of time in the car, a lot of time with family and a lot of time snuggling up to our little nephew. Now after you look at these pictures you might think we are a little overboard but listen- we have ONE nephew on both sides. That's it. So this little guy is spoiled to death and we seriously miss him already! We spent our week in St. George, Utah with my Mother-in-law's family. J and I have been married for over a year and a half and I hadn't met most of these people! My Mother-in-law has 6 siblings and I had only met one, and they all have families. It's nuts! It was so much fun to meet everyone and get to know them better. I feel like since I got married I have gained TONS of new family and I love it. I love being with family and surely enough all these new family members are beginning to feel like my family :) I love it! We went to in-n-out, ate lots of good food, played a bunch of games and talked a lot. I have so many things to be grateful for this Thanksgiving. I have an amazing husband, and amazing family, an apartment to live in and a religion that means everything to me. I am so grateful that i've been able to be in college and now that it's ending I'm starting to get all sentimental about it, blah. Anyway, I am so blessed and I couldn't be happier:):) Now on to CHRISTMAS! p.s. since I got the iPhone I haven't been taking pictures with my real camera. whoops. It is so much easier to whip out your phone rather than lug out your big ol' camera.

Lately from my phone
This is a little bit of what we have been up to lately! You know, lots of food and such. We put up our Christmas tree early! Yep, we are "that" couple. We are only in our little apartment for a few more weeks so we thought we would take advantage of having our own little apartment because come December...we are house guests haha not really. We are moving in with my parents!! We are moving to California and there's no way we could move right in to a ridiculously expensive apartment. We need time to save yo. This week we are headed to St. George, Utah for some much needed family time. Yay for Thanksgiving and eating lots of goodies and gaining weight! Happy Thanksgiving!

A plethora of pictures
This past weekend I was down in Provo,Utah staying with my best friend, Brittney. My photo assignment this week was portraits so obviously I took some pictures of my friends :) I think they turned out awesome. On Sunday I took some pictures of Brit and her husband, Jesse. It was so fun! I'm kinda loving taking pictures right now. Too bad I'm graduating in 4 weeks or I might change my major HA.
WARNING: Some of these pictures were taken early in the morning. Frightening, I know.

Oh Winter!
Winter has definitely settled in our little town of Rexburg, Idaho. We drove in last night from a long weekend away to find lots of snow on the ground. Apparently it was a blizzard while we were gone. Phew! Good thing we missed that one! Why is it so hard to get back into a routine? We drove in late, I woke up this morning, went to class, studied for a test, and took said test. Then I came home and got dressed, went to the gym and went grocery shopping. Now I am doing "homework" and what I should be doing is cleaning up the mess that our house has become. There is laundry everywhere, dirty dishes in the sink and just lots of stuff laying around. On a better note, I got an iPhone. I know what you are thinking- I have had an iPhone for the past 6 years. Blah, blah. Well, I haven't!! I have had a blackberry...kind of cool but not as cool. And let me make it clear- I feel really cool right now. Any App suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Welp, I am going to go play on my iPhone and ignore my homework and my messy house!
And if anyone was wondering what my hair looked like this morning...it went a little something like this. I have STRAIGHT hair people so when I woke up this curly, wonderful madness...I had to take a picture. If only this would happen everyday.

Tribute
It is tribute time people. This weekend I am going to Provo, Utah to stay with my bff, Brittney! A few posts ago I shared a little bit about us but lets be real, there is more to this story. Brit and I get each other. When we get together, it's kind of insane. We laugh at the SAME things, we like the SAME things, we have the SAME sense of humor. It's rare that you stay best friends with someone all through high school, college and beyond. Pretty much, I'm trying to say that I am really excited for this weekend. Okay I am done :)
Yay for best friends! p.s. I'm also hoping to see my friends, Emily and Kira while I am in town. woo hoo for girl time!

Randomness
It's November 1st! Yay.
Lately J and I have been in kind of a rut. We are just plugging along with school and getting ready to move in December! I feel like we are kind of in limbo because all of our immediate family has moved away from Rexburg and we're kind of lonely. My cousin, miss Cassandra and her husband are here but they work all the time- boo! We have some friends, don't get me wrong but there is something special about living close to family. We find ourselves hanging around and talking a lot. Part of me wants these next 6 weeks to fly by and the other part of me wants to cherish this time with J. After this semester, I am a working woman and J is still a student...for quite some time. While we are both students, we hang out and spend every minute outside of class together. I love it! I'm so glad we got married while we were both in school. It sounds crazy but it was fun! We are poor and far from home but it's been a good experience for us. We have grown a lot and looking back, I wouldn't trade that time for anything. Welp, enough with my sappy stories. I am here to say goodbye to fall. It may linger in some states but over here in Idaho- winter is settling in.
Ny nephew was a monkey for Halloween. I DIED when I saw this picture!
We have been doing a lot of skyping lately with my family and Justin's. Oh and did I mention, my parents are going to Hawaii tomorrow. Just for fun. My little sister goes to school in Hawaii so they are going to hang out and see her. I am so flippin jealous. The end.
