2 months ago....
Yep, so 2 months ago I graduated from college and I'm blogging about it right now. I never thought I would be one of those people was blogging about Christmas in July but I am. Life happens haha. Anyway, graduating was kind of a big deal for me. It was something I always wanted to do and it was something that I pretty much knew I was going to accomplish at some point but it until it happened, I didn't realize how much it meant to me. That sentence seriously doesn't make sense haha. It just felt amazing to work hard towards a goal and then accomplish it. Late nights studying and stressing over presentations and projects...it was all for a purpose. I received my diploma in the mail and it sits on our fireplace as I type. It was a pretty special day and I'm glad my parents and my in-laws came into town to be with me! Life as of lately has been nothing out of the ordinary except that we found out my brother and SIL are having a baby boy due August 22nd. I am obsessed with being an aunt! It's the best! Welp, until next time.

ReplyDeleteyah... graduating is pretty amazing. kind of surreal to actually be done with something that took so long and was so difficult. but it is SO nice. it's just been a year, but i still wonder how i did anything at all with all the assignments, classes, etc. it's crazy how much we can put on our plates! maybe it's just prepping us for the mommy days when we have to juggle all our kids activities! :) Congrats!

ReplyDeleteBetter late then never... and life does get busy! It happens! And don't worry I still haven't done Christmas and New Years.... AND YOU CAN'T MAKE ME! hahahaha jk! But I have no desire to organize all those photos so in my book you have succeeded better then I ever would have hahaha!

It is crazy once it is done because we go to school our whole lives and then it is the kicker that makes you realize that you are 100% an adult! So good job, and way to go!!! You look great by the way and I love your shoes!
CONGRATULATIONS!! :] I graduate in May and I can't wait to feel that accomplishment! And you make a cap and gown look good! I'm going to be super pregnant. Haha. So I'll probably look a little goofy!
